Metech designed and manufactured special lifting bars and hooks for WLL from 30 Kg to 300 Tons, for ship building, metal, petrochemical, energy, and industrial building areas.

A widespread need in productions is a safe handling of high economic value materials, sometimes of exceptional size and load, without risk to things and people.

To this aim the lifting process should be carefully evaluated, thus granting special devices for handling meeting the increasingly strict safety regulations.

Welding pursuant to standard

An approved welding process allows to perform an objective evaluation of existing welding imperfections through compliance inspection. Approved welding ensures security and structural solidity of the item.

Metech performs non-destructive testing on all weldings.

Type of Non-Destructive Test (NDT)

  • Surface: Visual Test (VT), Magnetic Test (MT), Penetrating liquid Test (PT)
  • Volumetric: Radiographic Test (RT) and Ultrasonic Test (UT)
