Lifting workstations

Support station for battery power supply units used in industrial hybrid engine run test
Modular seismic structure of 5x19 mt area including double floor for electrical and cabling system. Floor system walkways equipped with three rows of control cabinets and power packs for servo motors of main engine.
Batteries are stored in a thermal controlled room.
Support station and rotation for industrial/marine engine heads
Machine of compact sizes, design and built in only eight examples, for use on a heads manufacturing line according to Lean principles.
Each machine overall dimensions: 1900x1210x1300, load capacity about 1600 kg. Operated by dedicated electrical panels.
Assembly station with retractable cars
To allow safely reach machine parts to carry out assembly, an opening and walkable pit cover has been developed. This cover, placed in comb-like manner, consists of adjacent and sliding cars on floor rails.
Cars are placed on the long side of the pit and facing each other with stroke equal to half pit width.
When assembly item is missing, cars are pushed face to face complete covering of the pit and allowing transit over it. While placing the item in the pit, it is possible to fully open the cars.
Thanks to dedicated car rails, operator is never exposed to risk of falls.
When assembly machinery is located inside the pit, operator may reach each single car and perform operations. No need to use temporary scaffolding or aerial platforms.
Quantity and sizes of retractable cars allow to fit them around the components during assembly; thanks to flexible and fall-proof walkways, operator works safe.
Propellers mounting system
Tunnel Thruster is a propellers mounting system devoted to ports. It allows assembly and disassembly of Thruster System (gearbox and thruster) directly on ship.
Tunnel Thruster consists of 8 meters long 1-meter-wide bridge - only 296 mm thick - equipped with a sliding car with articulated arm to lock and hold the 16 Tons weight of Thruster. Extreme handling precision is granted to allow complete machinery to pass inside operating tunnel.
This system allows replacing of the Thruster in half time as job can be carried out directly at the port instead of in the shipyard.
